Crown provides comprehensive testing capabilities
We can test and quantify any aspect of aqueous cleaning!
AOM particle counting and sizing
We utilize an automated optical microscope.
- ISO 16232 and VDA 19 compliant calibration factor.
- Under 20µm = minimum of 5 pixels/particle
- 20µm & over = minimum of 10 pixels/particle
- AOM optical property sort (ex. metallic, fibers).
Gravimetric cleanliness testing
- Mass or weight based.
- Single or multiple "in series" cascading membranes.
- Class 100,000 cleanroom extraction area for small and medium sized parts.
- Pressure rinsing
- Agitation extraction
- Ultrasonic extraction
- Functional test bench (timed flow)
Extraction validation testing
- To scientifically establish correctness in our extraction processes.
- Quality assurance checking for your own in-house lab.
Other tests we do
- Liquid sample particle count testing.
- Gauss and residual magnetism testing.
- Dyne testing.
